Goal: Fit Method

Let me introduce myself

I am a 48-year old wife and mother of 3 busy children, ages 22, 18 and 14.  I have a full-time career and face the same obstacles that many of you may be experiencing at this stage in our lives.  That is what led me to create the Goal:Fit Method.  After years of trial and error (mostly error) , I perfected a formula that has improved my overall health, significantly increased my energy and stamina, resulted in more restorative sleep, and helped me drop 5 sizes and keep it off!

In the last 3 years, I have gone hiking and rock climbing with my kids, started a yoga practice, and achieved levels of fitness, energy and confidence beyond anything I’d experienced before.

And it ALL started with a change in mindset.

My life’s purpose and passion is to help others. I have 20+ years’ experience implementing a therapeutic approach to help people achieve their goals. I have seen firsthand how failing to put yourself first (or at least on the list) can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle with increased risk of falling and cognitive decline and increased likelihood of chronic conditions.

I didn’t want that for myself and I don’t want that for you.
